Terms & Conditions
- All cats must be treated for flea and worms before entering the cattery. Any cats seen to have fleas will be treated and then charged for on collection. We do have the right to refuse any cats that seem unwell on arrival, and full payment will still be taken.
- Your cat must be in good health and have a full and up to date vaccination record (feline enteritis and flu). The vaccination card must be brought along with your cat and will be kept in a safe place until collection.
- Any cats that require medication must supplied by the owner, and medication administered is done so at the owners risk. Any medication that needs to be purchased during the cats stay will be charged for including any travel costs.
- If your cat becomes unwell in any form or needs isolation then veterinary advice and medication will be sought at the owners liability and cost. This will be with Kernow veterinary group. Or if possible with your own veterinary service. There will be a moderate charge for any travel costs. Any cats put into the veterinary surgery will still be charged for accomodation at the cattery.
- Vaccination programes and boosters must be completed at least two weeks prior to entering the cattery.
- Cats must be brought into the cattery in a safe and secure carrier, this can then be stored until collection.
- We are unable to board un-neutered cats over the age of 6 months
